The prototype of CitizensLab’s project, called the Trojan Horse had been launched in the island of Heybeli, Turkey. The team (Yasmine and Hadan from Turkey, Karsten from Germany and Anna, from Hungary representing the KutltúrAktív association) and inhabitants were working together on the development of a board game based on the island. For preparing the project, an exploring tour was made, where they had the opportunity to collect some typical plants and pavement patterns of the island. After collecting these treasures, the main work could be started including hours of storytelling of course. The team forming to a community in the meantime could get closer to each other listening to not only the Tale of fear, but each other’s own stories also.
The team of C-lab had been working in France in November, where they had to talk through the future of their project while the former actuators, the Robert Bosch Foundation, and the MitOst Association are not able to offer the financial foundation of it anymore. Either ways, the project made so much impact on the team’s life, and got so close to their hearts, that they finally decided, that they will go on with the project independently. We are waiting towards the continuation!
